Yes, you can but use atleast one main ingredient finger millet or pearl millet. A perfect healthy presentation I would say. Pugliese Bread– This special Italian bread originated from Puglia.
Below I have given a huge list of the ingredients I have added. There are also some optional ingredients that I have listed which can be added. It is a time consuming process as you need to roast each ingredient before powdering it. It takes at least 45 minutes but finally you get a big batch of powder which will last you months.

Mold the ready dough into a loaf shape with greased hands. Line a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Please mix the flour also in the same measurement. I am not sure how it will taste though. When we use whole grains, we roast it.

For the porridge you say that the mix needs to be boiled, whereas for the laddoo you have not mentioned cooking. Would it be okay for us to consume sathu maavu without cooking,as in laddoo.

No need to wash it if you get good quality ingredients. But if you want to wash it, sun dry it well until there is no moisture and then dry roast it. If you cannot get whole ones, you can buy the powder, dry roast it and mix everything together. Thanks a lot for liking my dishes.
Yes, you can add other millets and a little black channa. Can we mix this powder with milk instead of horlicks and boost etc. Because I want to give for my four years kid. We can get store bought Healthy mix that comes in very popular brands. But the popular brands also sell the mix of pulses and nuts which we can take and make the powder at home. You can also dry it in the sun also but it is preferable to dry roast the ingredients. You can cook and make porridge or dosa or laddu etc.
