I found the place to be more updated than the other facility. It was very clean, very nicely laid out, and very welcoming. The staff who accommodated me was very friendly. I saw shared rooms, but I don’t recall if I saw single rooms. It’s more of like an institutional nursing home type of setup, but it’s rehab.
They have events where the family members dine with them like for Thanksgiving and Easter. They’re very careful in monitoring the people that come in; they ask for an ID and I like that. They also print out an ID badge for you, so I like their security. Nursing home care provides 24/7 medical care to seniors over the age of 60 who require constant supervision.

My sister stayed at Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for rehab. The people were nice, but we had a huge problem with the social worker. She complained that she’s overworked and overloaded.
Make sure you double check your insurance before you even consider this place. Make sure that all your clothes are labeled with your name BEFORE you send them down to be washed. DON’T RELY ON LAUNDRY TO LABEL THEM they lost all my new clothes that was brought up to me.

They brought him some more apple juice, which he drank while I was there. The staff members were very friendly and they’ve been so helpful already with the whole situation. They have little alcoves where you can go outside and sit on benches and tables that we’ve been out on already.
